Acura MDX can now be seen inside

Acura has a brand new MDX behind the scenes, a completely new SUV of which the brand is showing more of it little by little. Today, Honda’s luxury division highlights the interior of the new MDX.

Acura will present a completely new generation of the MDX in a relatively short term, an SUV that we actually do not know at all in the Netherlands. The MDX is the RDX’s big brother and, unlike that car, it is available with three rows of seats. In terms of size, you can compare the current MDX with its length of almost 5 meters with cars such as the Ford Explorer and Volvo XC90. A pretty sturdy SUV for Dutch standards. The current model, the third generation, was presented in 2013 and was given a facelift in 2016. After seven years, the model can finally retire, and Acura is heating up the mood with a second teaser for the arrival of a completely new MDX.

The exterior of the new MDX will not cause any major surprises, and neither will the interior of the SUV. For example, the interior shows great similarities with that of the TLX renewed in the middle of this year. Acura gives the MDX a dashboard with a high center tunnel and a wide infotainment screen placed on top of the dashboard, but slightly recessed into it. The whole has a both luxurious and sporty appearance. Contrary to the TLX clock shop, the meter box in the new MDX appears to be completely digital.

The all-new MDX will be presented on October 14. Acura is not active in Western Europe at all, so you do not have to expect the car in the Netherlands.
