Google has announced its first smartwatch, the Pixel Watch. The watch comes on the market from 379 euros and you can read here where you can buy this smartwatch.

Google Pixel Watch

The Pixel Watch has a round and minimalist design with curved glass and a single dial on the side. The smartwatch runs on Wear OS 3.5 and immediately gets new functions that we have not seen before in Wear OS. For example, you can control Google Home devices from your wrist, navigation has been improved, Fitbit integration and you can set a photo from Google Photos as a watch face.

The Pixel Watch is available in the colors Champagne Gold, Mate Black and Polished Silver and there are two versions: a variant with Bluetooth for 379 euros and a variant with LTE for 429 euros. Different straps are also available.

Is the Google Pixel Watch coming to the Netherlands?

Unfortunately, the Pixel Watch is not yet officially available in the Netherlands. That while Google does officially release the Pixel 7 series, Pixel 6a, Pixel Buds A and the Pixel Buds Pro in the Netherlands. Fortunately, Google Netherlands has informed us that, unlike with the Pixels, we will have to wait years for the arrival of this watch to the Netherlands. So the Pixel Watch is coming our way, but when exactly is not known.

Delivery from Germany

Shipping is included in the price, but only for delivery within Germany. For orders from the Netherlands or Belgium, you must therefore select a delivery address in Germany. You can then have the order delivered to friends, acquaintances or family who live in the relevant country and pick up the order there. Is that not an option for you? Then you can use a forwarding service. Such a forwarding service can then send the parcel to the Netherlands or Belgium. Enabling such a service is of course not free and usually costs a few tens.
