A group of friends travels to a strange island. This is where an eerie and, above all, unique adventure arises that you must have experienced. The game has previously been released for PC and Mac and has been well received there. Oxenfree is a 2d game that mainly revolves around the story. You will have to solve small puzzles, but you will largely be busy walking around the island and having conversations. Nice is that the main character always carries a radio, with which she can do some special things in the world. The power of the game is in the atmosphere. For an idea, think of exciting films from the eighties, or the excellent Stranger Things on Netflix.
In the fully recorded dialogues you can choose how the main character reacts. These choices then influence the course of the game. You will have to find out what is going on on the strange island and what is happening to your friends. Despite its cheerful style, it is quite an exciting game with adult themes that are not suitable for children. The game also has multiple endings that you can achieve, making it great to play multiple times.
