Exclusive: Byton’s new concept car

The ambitious brand-new manufacturer Byton has a new concept car behind the scenes, of which Techzle can show you the first images exclusively.

For the time being, Byton has one production model: the M-Byte. That electric SUV, which will soon also be available in the Netherlands, will eventually be joined by the production version of the K-Byte. This means Byton will soon have a model range that consists of both an SUV and a sedan, but there is also an electric hatchback in the barrel. Techzle can be the first to show the patent plates of a new concept car that looks ahead to that electric hatchback.

The car in the photos, with its particularly futuristic-looking body, is of course not a production-ready study model. What it is then? We think that the still nameless colossus serves as a preview of an electric hatchback of the brand of which we could already present you with a set of patent plates. The images concerned showed a fairly ‘ready’ for the car market-looking hatchback with special doors. The car not only had sliding doors, but also two small wing doors that were incorporated in the roof. These two valves should undoubtedly facilitate entry. The study model that we can show you today also features special doors. We may get to see more of Byton’s still-shrouded electric ‘sliding door hatchback’ this year.
