Mazda adds a new version to the MX-30 range. The electric Mazda MX-30 is now also available as an Advantage.
Anyone who knocks on Mazda’s door for the electric MX-30 has nothing to choose from as far as motorization is concerned. In all cases, the electric crossover has a 145 hp and 271 Nm strong electric motor on the front axle, a unit that is linked to a 35.5 kWh battery pack. According to Mazda, whoever drives the car as efficiently as possible can squeeze about 200 WLTP kilometers from the package. In terms of performance, there is more choice. For example, the MX-30 is available in a €33,130 nameless basic version and as Comfort and Luxury. A new special version is now in between: the Advantage.
The new Advantage version costs €34,640 and is therefore price-wise exactly between the Comfort (€34,140) and Luxury (€39,140). The new version is based on the basic version, but also includes various items from the higher versions as standard, including the optional Interior Package of €2,000 for the Comfort version. That package includes an eight-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat, a memory function for the door mirrors and the head-up display, silver accents, cork finish and an automatically dimming, rimless interior mirror.
For the finish of the interior you can choose from the flavors Industrial and Modern. If you opt for the first variant, you will receive artificial leather upholstery in a combination of brown and black with brown stitching. If you opt for the Industrial, everything is finished with white and gray synthetic leather with white stitching. Although the name of the Interior Package suggests otherwise, there are also things in it that upgrade the exterior of the MX-30. We mention 18-inch alloy, adaptive LED headlights, privacy glass, A- and B-pillars in black.
