Nice note-app Bear gets a great update

The lovely note-taking app Bear is getting its biggest update yet today. Mac and iOS users alike get new capabilities with this Bear update, from Touch Bar support to Siri reading your notes.

One of the most beautiful apps from 2016 is note app Bear. Not only were we charmed, because Apple also named the app as one of the best iOS apps of 2016 and even the best Mac app of that year. The fact that the app has now received its biggest update to date is reason enough to check on Bear again.

In the app, all your notes are organized via tags. This important part is now being expanded. It is now possible to delete or rename these tags in bulk. You also get more options to arrange your notes as a hierarchy via tags. There are also more fonts to choose from for your notes and you can import from more apps.

The Mac version has a number of unique new features. The main thing is Touch Bar support, so you can format your text more easily. It is now also possible to merge multiple notes as one large note, so that all text is merged together. You can now also drag notes to tags and there is support for Quick Look.

The iOS version also now has support for Peek and Pop and haptic feedback. You can also ask Siri to read your notes. This can be the entire note or a selection. You can also use the iOS App Extension van Bear now easily turn web pages into Bear notes.
