See, you can skip that grille right away. This tastefully tuned M4 shows how it is possible. Check out that beautiful grille!
The new BMW M4 was unveiled last week. Naturally, this was accompanied by a lot of controversy. Not everyone is a fan of the new expressive design language that BMW is currently using. Why would you apply historically sound iconic design if you can also turn it into a visual fairground attraction?
It is, of course, the flavor of the Asian, American and Arab markets. A large logo is often seen as a sign of quality. Yet it remains a problem that the Germans let their heads hang like that. In Asia they are also fond of sweet red wine, but no-way that the French add sugar to their Bordeaux to appeal. It will be sold anyway.
Example tastefully tuned M4
Anyway, if you are not charmed by the new BMW M4, then we have good news. A new BMW tuner has emerged that subtly takes care of the outgoing BMW M4: Cardiology. No, that’s not the trade you have to practice to afford one (although it certainly helps), but the tuner’s name is, um, Cardiology.
Now you can already go to many tuners for extremely thickly tuned M4s, but Cardiology has handled the M4 very subtly. The most eye-catching modification concerns the wheels. This tastefully tuned M4 has decent slippers at its disposal. Front rims are 9J wide and 20 inches in diameter with 265/30 R20 tires.
10.5 inches wide
At the rear of this subtly tuned M4 we see 10.5J wide rims, also with a diameter of 20 inches. The tire size is 285/20 R30. The rims come from the company Barracuda. That makes sense, because they contributed to the development of this project. The type is called: ‘Karizzma’, most likely intended as a hat-tap after an extremely charismatic Mitsubishi.
Hankook Ventus S1 Evo
The tires are Hankooks. Not the savings tires that you used to get standard on a Hyundai Elantra, but their top tire: the Ventus S1 Evo. To improve the stance, this tastefully tuned BMW M4 is equipped with a set of lowering springs from Eibach. Probably the handling is now also still a little better.
520 hp, 650 Nm and 300 km / h
To make the car a bit faster is the M4 Convertible only equipped with ECU optimization. The power has thus increased from 431 hp to 520 hp. That’s 89 hp extra! The torque also increased considerably. Instead of 550 Nm, you now have 680 Nm at your disposal. The limiter has been removed, so you can now also enjoy those extra horses. According to Cardiology (the tuner, not the study that @jaapiyo does), a top speed of more than 300 km / h is possible.
As far as I know, we do not make rims with Barracuda 😏😏
