Technique of the Yaris, but not the looks

Toyota will soon present a compact SUV, which will be built on the platform of the Yaris. The model comes under the C-HR in the Toyota model range.
Toyota is expanding its range of models in Europe with a compact SUV. When the car is presented is not yet known, but the brand promises that it will be “within a very short time”. Toyota already gives a sketch of the new model, but we can’t make much out of it yet. A name is also not yet known, the brand will only be announced later.
The SUV uses the technical basis of the Yaris and will be off the road in France just like that model. Although the technical affinity with the new Yaris is great, the SUV gets its own design. According to Toyota, it is “not a raised Yaris” and the model “a sporty design with its own personality”.
The SUV will of course also be available as a hybrid, just like the other Toyota models. Nothing is yet known about a possible fully electrical version.
