Weekend Poll: Has your iPhone’s battery life deteriorated since iOS 16?

Since the beginning of last week, it has been possible for consumers to download the iOS 16 update. Provided you have a supported iPhone at home, of course. The big question, however, is: exactly what impact does that update have on your battery?

A perfect question to ask in the Weekend Poll of this week.

What is the impact of iOS 16 on your iPhone?

Although iOS 16 brings a lot of nice functionalities, the update also causes the necessary problems. Since the rollout of the software, many consumers have noticed a significant decrease in their battery life. The smartphone therefore seems to have a hard time with the operating system, although the complaints do not seem to apply to everyone.

In my own environment I hear one person complain about a lesser battery life, where the other hardly notices any difference. That is why we set in the Weekend Poll this week’s question to you. So fill it in via the embed below:

Be sure to let us know in the comments which iPhone model you have installed the operating system on.

Will you get the Apple Watch Ultra at home?

As of today, the time has come: the Apple Watch Ultra is officially available. Reason enough to wonder last week which of our readers are going to take off with Apple’s new smartwatch. We asked the question in the Weekend Poll from Saturday 17 September.

Last week’s poll was completed by 907 One More Thing readers. The question was accompanied by four answers, of which Yes, I MUST have it if most is chosen. There were 333 people (36.71 percent) who can’t wait. For 262 readers (28.89 percent) the new smartwatch is far too expensive to purchase. For 261 people (28.78 percent) the smartwatch is actually nothing at all and only 51 people (5.62 percent) go for the Ultra, because they usually work the snot out of their nose.
