Turn off daily notifications for Activity

The Apple Watch helps you with a healthy lifestyle by keeping track of your activity, calories burned and how often you stand in a day. By default, you can receive daily notifications that will help you achieve your performance.

The Apple Watch can give you that extra push to achieve your goals at the end of the day. For example, if you still have to get 2 minutes off your training ring at 10 p.m., the Apple Watch can notify you to quickly move for 2 minutes with some workout exercises. If you don’t want this, you can turn it off.

Turn off daily notifications for Activity

  • Open the Apple Watch application on your iPhone
  • Navigate to ‘Activity’
  • Disable the ‘Daily guidance’ option

If you no longer want to receive notifications of achieved goals or special challenges, you can disable the options of the same name. This way it is also possible to deactivate the reminders to stand. Of course, you will miss the motivation that Apple has built into watchOS, but of course every user decides that for themselves.
