No matter what you’re doing, you can always jump straight to a quick note. It doesn’t matter which app you’re using at the time, or whether you’re working in the home screen, full screen or in Split View.
Scan text in notes and reminders with iPhone or iPad camera

Apple’s software can recognize the text on a photo and convert it into usable text. You can also use your iPhone or iPad’s camera to scan and use text.
You can also scan text via the Notes app and Reminders, so you can immediately add the scanned text to a task or note. Please note, you must have Live Text activated before you can use it.
Using folders in Notes

By default, notes are placed in the ‘Notes’ folder, but if you use the app for different purposes it might be interesting to create multiple folders or subfolders. This way you can sort your notes neatly by category so you can find them more quickly. Please note that some features are only available to iCloud users. The Notes application has become more professional over the years, so you can pin notes to the top of the list and easily scan documents.

Under iOS, iPadOS and macOS you can adjust the layout of these checklists, so you can quickly reorder items in a checklist on an iPhone or iPad by dragging them.
