Hooray, today is King’s Day? Various festivities take place on this national holiday, including free markets and festivals. Also eating one Orange Tompouce is part of tradition. Radiate Dutch pride today with a unique Dutch or Orange watch face for the Apple Watch.
This way you can use the Stripes watch face, which can also be used to support your favorite sports club or association, but also your country! You can easily select the desired number of stripes, choose colors and rotate the display to create your own unique combination. We explain how you can make a Dutch or Orange Apple Watch dial.
Support watch faces
- Stripes: from watchOS 7 â–¸ Apple Watch SE, series 4 or newer
- Gradient tint: from watchOS 6 â–¸ Apple Watch SE, series 4 or newer
- Colour: All Apple Watch models
- Metropolitan: from watchOS 9 â–¸ Apple Watch SE, series 4 or newer
Create Dutch clock face
- Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone
- Navigate to ‘Clock faces’
- Look for the ‘Stripes’ plate and select it
- Choose between full screen or circular
- Choose 3 stripes stripes
- Determine the colors of each stripe: bright red, white and royal blue
- Select 0º as position
- Add complications if necessary
- Tap ‘Add’ at the top to use your custom watch face

Making an orange watch face
- Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone
- Navigate to ‘Clock faces’
- Choose ‘Color’, ‘Gradient’ or ‘Metropolitan’
- Look for the color orange
- Add complications if necessary
- Tap ‘Add’ at the top to use your custom watch face

Select watch face
Once the watch face has been added, you will find it among your composite watch faces via the Apple Watch iPhone app â–¸ My Watch â–¸ My Watch Faces. Tap Edit to change the order, or tap a watch face to customize it and set it as your current watch face.
Of course you can put together the Stripes or color watch face on the Apple Watch itself. Place your finger on the current watch face, swipe left until you see the plus button. Tap this, search for ‘Stripes’ and customize the watch face to your liking.
