Apple unveils New Apple Watch Bandje for Black History Month

In honor of Black History Month, Apple brings a special edition of the sports band for the Apple Watch on the market. You can now also use a special edition Unity-Rhythm-Guide plate.

Four years ago, Apple launched a completely ‘new’ Apple Watch, just like last year it has remained this year with a new Apple Watch Bandje and dial. The month of February will also be dominated by ‘Black History’ with specials in the Applications Music, App Store, books, podcasts, etc.

Black Unity sports band

The new Unity Rhythm Watch band And the matching dial is inspired by the connecting power of rhythm and has a beautiful depth effect. When the strap moves, the Pan African colors seem to be magical way of green and red to a yellow shade.

The band and the dial are designed by creatives of color and their allies at Apple. For everyone who wants to put an end to institutional racism and wants to contribute to a fairer world.

The new Black Unity Bloom sports band can now be ordered in the Online Apple Store and appears on January 31, 2025. Since Watchos 11.3 and iOS/iPados 18.3 you can use the new dial and background.

Set Unity-Rhythm dial

From Watchos 11.3 and iOS 18.3 you can set the Unity-Rhythm dial on your Apple Watch SE, Series 4 or newer. Just like the Apple Watch band, the dial is made of inspiring lines. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and navigate to ‘dials’ to set the Unity-Guide plate.
