Apple removed the App Store from iTunes in September. By downloading an official older version, this part will simply return to your Mac or PC.
iTunes App Store back with older version
Apple has swept the broom through iTunes. This was necessary, because the program started to overflow with functions. Yet many users were not happy with the company’s decision to remove the App Store from the program.
Since iTunes 12.7, it is no longer possible to view the iOS App Store, download and sync apps, or transfer ringtones. Yet there is a hidden way to get these functions back.

Users of Reddit found out that Apple had run out help page for businesses iTunes 12.6.3 offers. This older version of iTunes was specially created by the company to run alongside the latest version of the program.
Although iTunes 12.6.3 is offered specifically for businesses, anyone can install it. If you install this older version of iTunes, you will not be prompted to download the latest version immediately, as it normally would.

Installing this old version doesn’t seem like a long-term solution if you want to keep using the App Store in iTunes. While this version works with iOS 11 and the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X, Apple only provides technical support for the latest version of the program.
The Cupertino company has removed the App Store from iTunes because it makes more sense to only reach the store for a device through that particular device. It therefore does not seem that there will be any other solution in the long term.
