The new week is just around the corner, but before that, let’s take a look back at the last seven days. The editors of iPhoned has rounded up the best iOS apps, games and updates from last week.
Last week’s 6 best iOS apps
The App Store is working overtime every week. New apps, updates for existing programs and games are added all the time. You probably don’t notice this much, because most of it is not worth downloading. iPhoned therefore separate the wheat from the chaff every Sunday. Here are this week’s best iOS apps, updates, and games.
1. Hops
Make sports fun with Hops! This game keeps track of how much you move. The more you move in the real world, the better the tree creatures called Hops grow in the digital forest.

The app is linked to the iOS Health app. Your activities, such as running up stairs, provide energy in the game to explore new areas and create new materials. With the special missions you collect even more Hops friends. Can of course also be used in combination with your Apple Watch!
2. Stocard
Do you often walk around with a thick wallet through all the loyalty cards? Or do you often stand at the cash register when you don’t have your loyalty card with you? There is a solution for that! In Stocard you store all your loyalty cards, so that you always have them with you.

In the app, you scan the barcode of your loyalty cards and enter which store it belongs to. Are you going to checkout? Then you open the customer card in the app and your screen lights up automatically, so that it can be easily scanned. The app can also be used with your Apple Watch.
3. Handwrite Me
Handwrite Me lets you personalize your messages by typing in your own handwriting. Write the alphabet yourself on a piece of paper in lowercase and uppercase letters. In the app you take a picture of each letter.

The app then automatically copies your letters. You then write in your own handwriting in the app. You can also add your handwritten alphabet to your keyboard and use your handwriting in other apps.
4. Chirp for Twitter
Chirp is a handy app for using Twitter on your Apple Watch. With the app, you can endlessly scroll through your Twitter timeline on your Watch, view trending tweets, and also see other users have mentioned you.

You can also easily search for something or someone on Twitter in Chirp. You’ll see videos, photos, hashtags and much more to always stay up to date. With the new update, Chirp is also available in Dutch.
5. Dream Detective
Dream detective is a fun game with nice style. It is reminiscent of a jigsaw puzzle along the lines of Where’s Wally. In a beautifully drawn picture you look for certain objects.
Do you want a hint? Then you tap on one of the objects you need to find. It becomes more and more challenging, with an increasing space to search. There is no time limit, so you can play it at your leisure. Hours of fun guaranteed!
6. Clip Studio Paint
This app is not for everyone, but the experts know what it is about. Clip Studio Paint is one of the most popular manga creation apps. The program has been in our overview of the best drawing apps for the iPad for a long time, but is now also available for iPhone.
Unfortunately, the Apple Pencil doesn’t work on your phone, but that shouldn’t spoil the fun. The program offers all the options that you also have on the computer and iPad, according to the maker. The observant reader knows that this is a direct sneer at the iPad version of Photoshop, which has been heavily criticized.
