1. Medium
Medium is an app and website that revolves around stories. In addition to reading articles, you can also contribute yourself. The great thing about Medium is that you can start publishing immediately after creating an account. It’s entirely up to you what you want to write about. The shape is also not fixed.
For example, you can post an extensive opinion piece on Medium, publish an interview, but also put a short poem online. In addition to being a writing app in the broadest sense of the word, Medium is also a social network. Almost every genre has an active community behind it. Members provide each other with valuable feedback.
On Medium you mainly read articles in English. There are also Dutch pieces on it, but the range is significantly less.
