The Specter x360 is a ‘convertible’ laptop. As a result, you can use it as a traditional laptop, but also as a tablet or ‘media machine’ (for example, for watching a series).

The laptop is equipped with an 11th generation Intel Core i7 processor and that makes it suitable for various tasks, from light to advanced such as video editing. We are especially pleased with the 3:2 aspect ratio of the screen. Compared to other formats, this provides more workspace. The screen is also anti-reflective, so that it can also be used outdoors.

Unfortunately, HP still installs a relatively large amount of extra software: for example, we found offers from ExpressVPN and LastPass on our system. You can remove it yourself if you’re not interested, but a clean machine would fit better in this category.

The makers have paid a lot of attention to the HP Command Center, with which you can improve system performance in an accessible way, for example by switching between different performance modes and adjusting individual parts, such as the fan speed.
