Samsung is introducing a new micro-SD card, the Samsung PRO Endurance. This memory card is designed to meet the high demands of surveillance cameras, dashboard cameras, doorbell cameras and body cameras and provide up to 16 years of uninterrupted smooth and reliable high-resolution recording and playback.
Memory cards come in all shapes and sizes, but micro SD cards are the most well-known and most popular memory cards today. Samsung now comes with the PRO Endurance that guarantees 16 years (140,160 hours)1 of uninterrupted recordings. That means a single PRO Endurance card lasts as long as 33 cards2 which would also record continuously, with the focus mainly on reliability. So you don’t have to replace it every time. The memory card is therefore extremely suitable for ‘always on’ recording.
Improved performance
Samsung’s new memory card is also fast, with read and write speeds of up to 100 megabytes per second (MB/s) and 40 MB/s respectively.3† It is rated Class 10 with video speed U3 (UHS Speed Class 3) and V30 (Video Speed Class 30)4. This makes the card extremely suitable for processing large high-resolution files, and recording and playback in Full HD and 4K.
Long-lasting durability
Since outdoor security and bodycams have to be able to take a beating, the PRO Endurance is designed in such a way that the memory card can withstand extreme conditions. You can count on trusted performance thanks to Samsung’s ‘reinforced six-proof durability’. In addition to protecting against water, magnets, X-rays and extreme temperatures, the card is also wear-resistant and drop-resistant5.

The PRO Endurance will be available from May 3 in 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB storage capacities with suggested retail prices of €13.99 (32 GB) to €73.99 (256 GB).
