Does time in satellites move faster or slower?

The time in the satellite is slower because of its speed and faster because there is less gravity. Which difference is stronger?

In short, it depends on the altitude because there are two effects that come into play, a special relativistic and a general relativistic. And both still vary with height (actually with distance from the center of the Earth)
