Recently, there are more and more of these small beetle/beetle-like creatures on postcards on the windowsill. They are really very mini and they are getting more and more. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

I’m afraid it’s not possible to name the beetle based on this photo. Is it possible to take a new and sharper photo?
If you wish, you can always transfer a few beetles to the ILVO (Diagnosis Center for Plants, Burg. Van Gansberghelaan 96, 9820 Merelbeke). The beetles can then be further identified at the species level with a stereomicroscope, and the source of infection can then be traced on the basis of the species.
