I understand how electricity is converted into heat.
How it is made too. But I’m puzzled
when I wonder how it is transformed into a movement.
eg A spinning wheel. Electricity is electrons that move
but those electrons aren’t going to make a whole wheel move, are they?

Answer
One of the basic laws of electromagnetism is that a magnetic field exerts a force on a moving charge. This is called the Laplace force. Since an electric current is a whole series of moving charges, a considerable force can be exerted on it. This force is ultimately transferred to the entire conductor via collisions with the grid.
