What a crazy question. Why would you want to eat yourself?
Apart from that, in short: you will weigh lighter if you eat yourself.
Of course you can only eat yourself to a limited extent; For example, eating your own intestines is not possible and eating your own brain is also impossible.
If you were to eat your legs, your body would need energy to digest the meat. The energy you need will be released by burning sugar, among other things. Through that process you will therefore become lighter, although the weight of your leg will still belong to you.
So you will never disappear if you eat yourself (there will always be something left of you) nor will it make you bigger (eating yourself costs energy, making you lighter).
So it is much better to eat something else if you want to get bigger, such as a pancake or a cheese sandwich.
