Several studies paint a clear picture of the mental state of the young generation during and before the pandemic. The risks of problems are therefore unequally distributed.
Before the pandemic, there was hope: Studies showed a slight positive trend in the mental health of children and adolescents - such as the study on the health of 3 to 17 year olds (KiGGS), which has been part of the health monitoring of the Robert Koch Institute Prosecuted nationwide in 2003.
