The IQ is calculated on the basis of criteria that are adjusted to humans. It makes no sense to apply it to animals. The IQ of animals cannot therefore be measured. One could try to apply it to other primates because they have certain behaviors in common with humans, but that was not the intention in the IQ measurement.
