Soon I will have a pond of 1.2m by 2m. Is that big enough for frogs?

About the frog and the size of the pond.

Answer

Dear Pieter,

In my garden there is a pond of 1.70 by 1.70 m and this pond houses a frog as well as dozens of salamanders. These have spontaneously chosen the pond as their residence and they will remain there. So you really don’t need a large pond to house a few reptiles.

Soon I will have a pond of 1.2m by 2m. Is that big enough for frogs?
