My grandfather died and I was wondering if the bible is right and his spirit is really in heaven now and he is really looking at us right now.

Whether “the Bible is right” is a matter of faith, not so much of science. Certain facts quoted in the Bible can be verified historically, but most cannot, so that much of the content of a biblical text stands or falls with your faith.
If you now believe that there is a heaven, then you will probably also assume that your grandfather is watching you. Evidence for this is of course not available.
