In primary school I learned that the main colors are red-yellow-blue.
In the secondary (graphics training) that the primary colors are red-green-blue and that the secondary colors are cyan-magenta-yellow.
Now my family claims that red-yellow-blue are the main colors. What is correct now?

It all depends on whether you mix light or dyes.
