A blue whale is on average about 23 to 27 meters long, with the females growing larger than the males. However, the largest specimens can grow up to 33 meters in length and weigh about 160,000 to 170,000 kg. To give you an idea of these numbers, that’s almost the length of three buses in a row and the weight of about 150 cars.
I would like to refer you to the Wikipedia page on the blue whale, where you will find plenty of facts about this impressive animal (such as about its tongue: as big as an elephant!).
