That depends from plane to plane. Just look at cars and trucks. A car usually has 4 wheels, trucks more. The heavier the truck, the more wheels.
It’s the same with airplanes. Small planes have three wheels, two under the wings or fuselage and one in the front or back. Larger aircraft also have wheels in these three places but usually more wheels per place.
For example, an ordinary passenger plane has 10 wheels: 4 on the left, 4 on the right and two in the front under the nose. A large transport plane can have 20 wheels: still 2 in front and everything else under the fuselage.
