What does the sound of the sun sound like?

I found out from another question that the sun makes noise; but what sound is that? Is it some kind of murmur or noisy sounds?

Would you like to forward this to me? I am very curious!

This is a very good question that I hadn’t thought about myself. After some searching I found the following interesting article:

Yes, you read that right: The explosions on the sun’s surface create acoustic waves (called standing waves) that move back and forth.

This is equivalent to playing a guitar music. So music would come from the sun… Only the frequency of these sound waves is lower than what humans can hear. Humans can make sound between 20 and 20,000 Hz. The solar sound waves are barely of the order of one-thousandth of a hertz (0.001 Hz).
