Can you lower G-force by training with weights?

My thing is, if you train with full weight equipment for a long time, would it be possible for the G-force of the earth to decrease, and would that have an effect on the stationary G-force?

Answer

The force that the earth exerts on your body (near the earth’s surface) is equal to the product of the gravitational acceleration g = 9.81 m/s2 and your mass.
Whether you are trained or not doesn’t make any difference, whether you are a living being or not doesn’t make any difference. A 75 kg cabinet experiences exactly the same amount of gravity as a 75 kg human being. Every atom of the earth pulls on every atom of your body and vice versa, so all that matters is the number of atoms, their masses and their spatial positions, not what those atoms happen to form together.
With training you can of course train your muscles, but that has no effect on strength itself.
