This insect was located in Planckendael, Muizen near Mechelen.
Its colors are like a wasp but its legs remind me of the horse mosquito.

Dear Peter,
this is a crane fly, family Tipulidae. I’m pretty sure it’s some kind of Ctenophora species. Further identification based on this photo is not possible with certainty, but there is a good chance that it is Ctenophora flaveolata.
