Can a mini helicopter in a bus reach a higher speed than in the open air?

Imagine the following situation: In a stationary bus, there is someone piloting a remote-controlled mini-helicopter. The mini helicopter flies in the middle of that bus at about a meter above the ground and is therefore not in contact with anything. The bus will drive. Can the mini helicopter reach a higher speed in the bus than it can in the open air?

Answer

Since the helicopter moves relative to the air, you can indeed add its speed relative to the bus to the speed of the bus to get the speed relative to the ground.
