If you are confident enough in your solution, I would publish that solution in a scientific journal. If by “TOE” you mean the theory of everything, then I would opt for the top in journals such as Nature or Science. Other possibilities are theoretical physics journals. You will find the modalities for submitting an article on the websites of these journals.

A possible problem is that, in order to publish in such a scientific journal, you usually have to be affiliated with a university or non-academic research institution. If that is not the case, you can try to ask the editor of that journal for an exception, or contact a professor of theoretical physics – from one of the Flemish universities, for example – to publish together.
