Especially during the holidays, many of us are busy with lists.

Review Todoist: keep lists

For example, for saving gift wishes or keeping track of tasks that still need to be completed quickly. There are plenty of apps that let you keep track of lists. Still, Todoist stands out in a positive sense. You can keep all kinds of lists with it. Moreover, the lists do not have to stand on their own, but can be part of your daily schedule.

If you have time-bound tasks that run at a specific time, Todoist can show you a reminder. There is also room for adding ad-hoc tasks that may come to mind. You don’t have to keep those tasks to yourself, but you can also share them with others in a group and work on tasks together. Todoist can also interpret the tasks and set them up accordingly. For example, if you create a task ‘Check e-mail daily at noon’, the task will be automatically scheduled at the specified time.

Over time, the makers have steadily expanded the features. In the meantime, you can use templates that are available for both business and private tasks. The app also supports a reward system, which you can use, for example, to achieve a goal.
