The arrival of Apple Fitness+ to the Netherlands and Belgium seems to open the door for the introduction of Apple One PremierApple’s most complete bundle subscription. Although Apple has not yet officially announced anything about this, the chances of a launch in our country are clearly increasing now that a missing service is finally becoming available.
Apple brings Apple Fitness+ to the Netherlands. From December 15, Dutch and Belgians can use the popular fitness and wellness service, which is known for its seamless integration with Apple equipment. This increases the chance that Apple One will also be expanded with the premium subscription.
Apple One Premier
Most complete package
Apple One Premier is the most extensive variant within the Apple One subscriptions and bundles almost all services that Apple currently offers. In countries where the package is already available, subscribers will have access to Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, iCloud+ with 2TB storage, Apple Fitness+ and Apple News+ in one combined subscription. This makes it especially interesting for users and families who use multiple Apple services intensively and want to keep their monthly costs clear.

Until now, a rollout of Apple One Premier in the Netherlands has been difficult because… Apple Fitness+ and Apple News+ were not available here. This has now changed with Fitness+. This service focuses on guided workouts, meditation and health, and integrates seamlessly with the Apple Watch.
Apple News+ is missing
Apple News+ remains the biggest missing link for the Netherlands for the time being. This service, which is a kind of all-in-one magazine and newspaper kiosk, is still limited to a handful of English-speaking countries. As long as News+ is not available here, it remains uncertain whether Apple can offer the full Apple One Premier bundle in the Netherlands, or whether – as in other European countries – it will opt for a customized package without News+.
Apple One Premium
In Germany An interesting intermediate variant is now available under the name Apple One Premium. This subscription is very similar to Apple One Premier, but does not contain Apple News+. Instead, German users get it €34.95 per month access to:
- Apple Music (family subscription)
- Apple TV+
- Apple Arcade
- Apple Fitness+
- iCloud+ with 2TB storage

This German variant shows that Apple is willing to adapt the bundle to the range of services per region. This fuels the expectation that we may be able to get a similar package in the Netherlands: an extensive Apple One bundle including Apple Fitness+ and 2 TB iCloud storage, but without News+. For Dutch families who now pay separately for various Apple services, such a bundle could be financially attractive.
Availability Apple One
The following Apple One subscriptions are currently available in the Netherlands: Apple One Individual (€16.95 per month) with Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and 50 GB iCloud storage, Apple One Family (€25.95 per month) with the same services but for up to six family members and 200 GB shared iCloud storage.
No official announcement has yet been made about Apple One Premier or a ‘Premium’ variant for the Dutch market, and the Dutch Apple website for now only mentions the existing Apple One subscriptions as we already know them. It is quite possible that Apple will first wait for the adoption of Apple Fitness+ in the Netherlands before taking any further steps.
