Delay with the new iPhone
There are again rumors predicting that Apple will be delayed in the production of the new iPhone. This year’s most advanced iPhone gets a new camera, which now means that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will probably appear later. The lens of the new camera will not be delivered on time, so the phone will be available later than the iPhone 15 (Plus).

The new iPhone has a periscope camera, with which you can zoom in up to 6x. With the iPhone 14 Pro (Max), that is still up to 3x, so the periscope lens probably means a significant improvement for zooming in with the new iPhone. Several Apple analysts now report that the camera sensor will be supplied by Sony, but that this is happening later than originally planned.
iPhone 15 Pro Max isn’t coming until October
The new iPhones are expected to be available for pre-order on Friday, September 15. The new phone usually appears in stores a week later and the iPhone is officially delivered. On September 22, you can finally buy this year’s new iPhones. Due to the delay with the new lens, this date is later with the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The phone will probably follow three to four weeks later than planned. That means the iPhone 15 Pro Max in between October 6 and 13 is delivered. You can probably pre-order the phone from September 15. The iPhone will arrive later than the other models. The iPhone 15 (Plus) and the iPhone 15 Pro will be delivered on time, because they will not receive the new periscope lens.
That would not be the first time that one iPhone appears later. This also happened with the iPhone XR, the iPhone 12 mini (and the Pro Max) and last year with the iPhone 14 Plus. These devices also appeared later due to production and delivery problems.

So it remains to be seen when the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be available to the general public. Apple will most likely present the new iPhones on Tuesday, September 12. Then we finally hear the prices of the new phones. The new iPhone series is said to be a lot more expensive, because Apple is unfortunately increasing the prices of the phones again this year.
