Is there a place where they mold grown men and give certain norms and values or a way of life to men who have not had a good education? I am a man in my late twenties and notice that I have difficulty participating in society because of my upbringing. I would like to know if somewhere in the world a way of life is given to men that lacks certain norms and values. Kind of like a foreign legion.

Hi Pol,
It’s a step in the right direction if you think about the impact your environment has had on who you are, or at least on how free you feel to live a certain way. Everyone carries with them a backpack of values and ideas about what is normal or socially or ethically appropriate/accepted, and so on. Furthermore, there is no such thing as “the perfect way of life”. What is possible is that every individual has the strength to find a way of life that he/she is at peace with. It is very unlikely that you can find this in a context where people are “molded”, as you point out. Kneading is coercion, while finding your place in the world is just about discovering yourself, in all your strengths and working points. Coaching can help discover what expectations someone carries with them, and can also help people create the life they want.
Hopefully this has already helped you a bit!
With kind regards
