Several times a week I buy raw milk in a jar. I want to pour this raw milk into the same washed bottles as hygienically as possible.

bleach (basically a sodium hypochlorite solution) is a good idea for sterilizing equipment. You don’t even have to use it so concentrated!
Make sure that you rinse your bottle well beforehand (for example with very warm water), so that all milk residues are already out. Even after treating with diluted bleach, rinse with hot water. The latter is to ensure that no residual hypochlorite remains. It does evaporate a bit, but the evaporation in a bottle is limited, and during the drying process, micro-organisms could get back into your bottle.
Bleach kills most microorganisms and will therefore ensure that your milk does not sour quickly.
Of course there will be micro-organisms in your raw milk and your bottle is never 100% sterile, so it is best to keep the milk in the refrigerator (4°C) and preferably drink it as fresh as possible.
