Suppose you ride a motorcycle for example without good protective clothing, you fall, and slide on your stomach / chest over the asphalt .. And your nipples are sanded away. Will they grow back?

Your nipples can’t grow back if they’re abraded. Scar tissue forms as it would with any other part of your skin that is abraded.
If the lesion is very small, the surrounding cells can fill in the defect and it could therefore consist of “nipple” tissue, but even then a scar is created that is not normal skin, but a stiff variant. Only fetuses can regrow completely normal skin (including nipples) if it is removed.
