Customize the first day of the week in Google Calendar

You can decide for yourself on which day the week starts in Google Calendar. Whether you think Sunday, Monday or Saturday is the first day of every week.

Especially in religious circles, the view prevails that Sunday is the first day of the week and Saturday (Sabbath) the seventh and last day. It also says so in some diaries and calendars.   • Open the Internet program.
  • Go to Google Calendar via

  • click on Start week on.
  • Choose Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

In the Google Calendar app, you can indicate on which day your week starts:

  • Scroll down and tap Institutions.
