1. Incorporate the happiness diary as a ritual in your everyday life.

In order to change your view of small moments of happiness in the long term, the happiness diary helps you as a ritual. Build it into your everyday life. Find a quiet moment in your daily routine that you can briefly reflect on. This can be before bed, for example, or when you come home from work or university.

2. It doesn’t have to be a lot, but it has to be regular.

You may be afraid that keeping a lucky diary could be time consuming. But don’t drive yourself crazy: just three minutes or two to three short bullet points are enough. Above all, it is important that you make your entries regularly.

3. Do you like the concept, but can’t do anything with the implementation? Find an alternative to the classic lucky diary that suits you.
