No fossilized T. rex eggs have yet been recovered, so it’s hard to say how big they were. Some estimate that the eggs were the size of a loaf of bread. The little T. rex babies therefore had to grow considerably if they wanted to become as big as their 12 m long and 7 ton heavy mom and dad!
