Screen
The screen is clear and easy to read, also outside in the sun. To view simple data, such as the number of steps or your heart rate, it is fine. If you want to view more details, the screen is a bit small. The touch control responds quickly, but the interface sometimes feels a bit tight. You can also adjust the appearance of your screen via the Samsung Wearables app. If your Samsung Galaxy Fit3 is connected to your phone, you can change the dials of your choice.

In the Galaxy Wearables app you will find various dials
Internal hardware
The internal hardware is tailored to basic fitness goals and functions such as counting steps, sleeping registration and heart rate measurement are performed well enough. More advanced options, such as GPS tracking or detailed workout analysis, are missing from the Samsung Galaxy Fit3.
Duration
The battery is one of the strongest points of this tracker: with average use, it will last several days without having to charge it.
RTOS
The Samsung Galaxy Fit3 uses a real-time operating system (RTOS) and makes the operation smooth and easy. Unfortunately, the system offers little room for adjustments outside adjusting the dials via the wearables app. There is no room for extra apps, but that makes the system clear.
Incidentally, this fitness tracker is not compatible with iOS devices.
Practice
The tracker is easy to use and does what he promises. In terms of wearing, I had to get used to the first hour, but after that I actually didn’t notice anything from the fitness tracker. The sleeping registration also works well and when you wake up, you get an overview of your sleep: this way you get a sleep score, details about how long you have been in a deep sleep, how long you generally slept and how good. There is also an option to check whether you snore while sleeping. This function then uses Bluetooth and uses the battery for both your phone and your fitness tracker, which is at the expense of the battery life. But it might be useful to know if and you snore.
For basic fitness goals such as counting steps and simple heart rate measurements, the device works great. The lack of GPS and more advanced functions, such as sports profiles or detailed analyzes, makes it less attractive if you really want to exercise seriously.
Conclusion
This fitness tracker is excellent for people who want a simple device without complicated extras. It is comfortable, easy to use, has a long battery life and you get what you pay for: the price-quality ratio is excellent in this area. The tracker sticks to the basic fitness, but does miss functions that are important for more advanced exercises. In addition, he does not support iOS devices.
