iPhone in the water
Do you ever drop your iPhone? And are you afraid that your device will increase water damage? There is an easy way to prepare for that. It is of course to hope that your iPhone will never fall into the water unexpectedly. Most iPhones are now water -resistant, so they can withstand some drops. For example, all iPhones have had a classification of IP68 since the iPhone XS.
That means that your iPhone can endure in water for a maximum of half an hour to two meters. With the iPhone 12 and newer that is up to six meters depth for thirty minutes. Yet it is not advisable to keep your iPhone under water for a long time. Did that happen? Then it is wise to remove water drops from your iPhone. You can easily do this via the Water Eject assignment or the Clear Wave app. View here how exactly that works:

Remove water droplets
It is important to remove left behind drops from your iPhone as quickly as possible if it has been in the water. Special ways have been developed for this, such as the Water Eject assignment. The task can be added to the assignments app for free and is intended to remove water drops from your iPhone. This is done with the help of vibrations, the vibrating function of the device is activated for a short period to remove the water.
In addition, the Water Eject assignment plays a layer of sound, to remove the water from the speakers of the device. It is advisable to put the assignment on your iPhone now, so that you don’t have to search for a new app if your iPhone has just been removed from the water. That saves time, because water droplets can best be removed from the device as quickly as possible. For example, the chance of water damage is the smallest.

Another option: Clear Wave
With the Water Eject assignment you are always prepared if your iPhone has fallen into the water, provided that the device still works of course. It is advisable to play the assignment a number of times, so that you are sure that as little water as possible is left behind. There are also special apps available in the App Store, including Clear Wave. This application offers multiple functions, including the removal of water drops.
Clear Wave works the same as the Water EPORT assignment, but generally removes more water drops due to the advanced vibrating function. In addition, the app has a decibel meter and tone generator. The only drawback: you need a subscription for the application. Don’t you want that? Then use the free Water EPPER order. In any case, it is wise to install the Water Eject assignment or the Clear Wave app on your iPhone (or iPad). That way you are prepared as well as possible as the device unexpectedly falls into the water.
