Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5/5i, IdeaPad Slim 5/5i, IdeaCentre Mini 5i, IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook, Lenovo Tab M9 and accessories refreshed

Traditionally, the CES in Las Vegas, the largest consumer electronics trade show in the world, takes place at the beginning of January. Lenovo is already unveiling the latest generation of consumer devices with improvements that will appear in the course of 2023. With five new performance and portable IdeaPad laptops, a slim and compact IdeaCentre desktop and a 9-inch Lenovo tablet, these devices should match the on-the-go lifestyle of today’s consumers.

IdeaPad Pro 5i and IdeaPad Pro 5: Reliable performance
The new IdeaPad laptops are available in two optional screen sizes, 14-inch and 16-inch. The new IdeaPad Pro 5i and IdeaPad Pro 5 Gen 8 also come in two color variants, Arctic Gray and Frost Blue. With up to the latest Intel Processor or AMD Ryzen processors and up to an NVIDIA GeForce Next-Gen Laptop GPU, users can enjoy faster performance. With the optional Windows 11 there is room for more productivity and creativity.
Additional features include a 25% larger touchpad for a better navigation experience, an FHD IR camera with a Time of Flight (ToF) sensor, and smart login with Windows Hello. The laptops also come with an SSD expandable storage slot (available on the 16-inch model) and are equipped with USB 4.0 and Thunderbolt 4.0 ports.
In terms of display, the new 16-inch IdeaPad Pro 5i and IdeaPad Pro 5 feature an all-new Dynamic Display Switch, which improves the frames per second of the panels. The faster refresh rates up to 120Hz provide an overall smoother viewing experience. With a QHD+ screen resolution, an aspect ratio of 16:10 and 90% AAR and 100% sRGB color space.
The Eyesafe-certified low blue light screen gives more comfort to the eyes and the new physical privacy shutter offers extra security. Enjoy extra hours of battery life(1) on a 15 minute charge. In addition, the Smart Power feature is designed to detect user behavior. It works to adjust and improve performance within an intelligent power and cooling mode to deliver adaptive performance, battery life and thermals based on actual usage.
The bottom of the laptops are made of 50% recycled aluminum. Lenovo’s carbon offset services are now available across the entire IdeaPad product line.

IdeaPad Slim 5i and IdeaPad Slim 5: larger screen size and new OLED screen
The new portable, slim and lightweight IdeaPad Slim 5i and IdeaPad Slim 5 Gen 8 laptops feature a larger 16-inch screen up to 2.5K resolution, or a 14-inch screen with an FHD OLED display and up to 2.2K resolution. Both screen sizes come complete with 90% AAR and 100% DCI-P3. The 14-inch has a maximum brightness of 400 nits. In addition, the TÜV Rheinland certified low blue light display remains an important feature for eye safety. The laptops have an improved FHD infrared camera, a physical privacy shutter, a handy larger touchpad and up to the latest Intel Core and AMD Ryzen 7000 processors. In addition, the ability to multitask is made easier with two fully functional USB-C ports. The attractive, sleek design of the new IdeaPad Slim 5i and IdeaPad Slim 5 offers three trendy new colors: Violet, Cloud Gray, and Abyss Blue.
Users can protect these laptops with Lenovo’s advanced support service, Lenovo Premium Care Plus. IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook (12″, 8)
The IdeaPad Flex 3i Chromebook (12″, 8) offers a slightly larger screen than the previous generation. This versatile, 2-in-1 thin and light 12-inch Chromebook can be used as a laptop or tablet. The IdeaPad Flex 3i has a battery lasting up to 12 hours, TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification, optional backlit keyboard, larger screen with 16:10 aspect ratio, and ergonomic drop-hinge function that raises the keyboard 15 degrees for more comfortable typing.
This Chromebook features an HD or FHD camera with a physical shutter and a dedicated mute key. Additional upgrades over the previous generation include improved CPU performance from the latest N-Series Intel processor, two user-facing speakers tuned by Waves’ MaxxAudio, and faster connectivity via Wi-Fi 6E.

IdeaCentre Mini (1L, 8)
Lenovo introduces the next generation IdeaCentre Mini, a slim 1L desktop PC with a built-in power supply unit (PSU). The chassis opens easily, allowing users to access the dual vortex cooling fan and memory chip to upgrade configurations or make repairs when needed.
The IdeaCentre Mini has the latest Intel Core processor, two DDR4 memory chips, SSD storage up to 1 TB, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and spacious ports with a type-c Thunderbolt 4.0. Those on the move can also take advantage of the Lenovo Smart Storage solution to easily store their files in the cloud and access them from their tablet, smartphone or laptop.

Lenovo Tab M9
The Lenovo Tab M9 weighs ~344g and is only 7.99mm thick. It consists of a 9-inch HD screen in a stylish two-tone metal casing and offers a comfortable in-hand experience. The Lenovo Tab M9 supports Netflix HD and the viewing experience is enhanced by the Dolby Atmos® spatial audio experience and the dual stereo speakers. The tablet also features MediaTek® Helio G80 Octa-Core processor, TÜV Rheinland certification, Android™ 12 operating system and up to 128G of storage space and up to 13 hours of battery life. The in-app experience is enhanced by the tablet’s fast Wi-Fi 5 connectivity and optimized GPS function. The tablet is secured with a face unlock feature. For general protection of the device itself, a clear cover can be included with the tablet, as well as a kickstand folio case.

Lenovo 500 USB Type-C® Universal Dock
With just one cable, users can enjoy fast data transfers, dual 4K monitors, and essential port expansion, knowing they’re using a solution where 40% of the dock’s exterior is plastic with post-consumer recycled content.
