Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly appearing in apps and new programs. Aboard is a good example of this. This app helps you organize your thoughts and uses AI functionality to do so. You work on the basis of boards: a central place where you place related information. For example, an overview of interesting links or notes. You can share those boards with others and develop them together.

To further expand the board, you can use the help of AI. This way, the content is organized in a logical manner and you can get help organizing the information. For example, if you are working on a plan that consists of multiple steps, Aboard will help you set up the steps or create a workflow. It is noticeable that the makers mainly focus on business users, but that does not make the app any less interesting for personal use.

A free version of Aboard is available, which allows you to set up up to 10 different boards. Each board may contain a maximum of 100 information cards and can be maintained by a total of 3 people. If you want more, there are of course paid versions available. These provide, among other things, an unlimited number of information cards per board and allow you to work together on a board with 10 people.
