A tidy digital life seems to cost more and more difficulty lately, with the increase in the number of channels and the information that is fired at us per channel. Sometimes you come across interesting information that you would like to keep to come back to later. With Enki, an app that is only available for iPhone for the time being, that should be easier.
Enki works independently of the app in which you encounter information. If the app supports sharing information, you can send that information to Enki. To then find the information, you have interaction with Enki via a chat window and you can describe the previously stored information in your own terms. Based on an AI model, Enki then searches for the database and the information is raised. As a result, you no longer have to know exactly what the name is of, for example, a website, but you can describe it and find it out. During our test we also tried to communicate with Enki in Dutch, but unfortunately that is not possible. The English conversations went smoothly and the information quickly emerged. Via the separate tab Explore You can view all your stored information in one overview and ‘search’ in an old -fashioned way. At the time of writing there is unfortunately no version for Android: according to the makers it will appear later this year.
