The Android phone Microsoft Surface Duo 2 consists of two parts measuring 14.5 x 9 cm that are connected via an ingenious hinge and can be completely folded.

It is not a Fold model where the screens flow seamlessly into each other. With this model, there are two separate screens or one screen with an interruption in between. Apps adapted to this, including Microsoft 365, can be operated via two screens. Like Outlook with the overview on one side and the mail to be composed on the other side. But single operation is also supported, such as with calling.
Internally we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with 8 GB of memory and a user storage of 128, 256 or 512 GB. The exterior is glossy white or black with an island with three lenses on the back. The hinge is black and has a luminous flux (Glace Bar) for indications such as receiving a call, receiving a message, battery status during charging and the like. The weight is 284 grams. The IP rating is IPX1, ie drip-proof. The battery is 4450 mAh and charges to 80 percent within 90 minutes. There is no wireless charging option and no charger is included, but a USB-C charging cable and USB-C earphones are provided.
It takes some getting used to working optimally with two screens. The included Tips app makes it accessible to the user.
