That gives a performance boost of about 29 percent compared to the 11e generation.

The Katana has an i7-12700H@2.7Ghz processor; with 16GB DDR4 memory, a 1TB NVME PCIe4 SSD with approximately 3500 MB/s Read/Write and a powerful Nvidia GTX 3060 graphics processor. The 17.3inch fhd (1920 x 1080)@144Hz IPS display is a great basic display for all activities, including high-end gaming. Striking is the keyboard with red characters and ditto lighting that responds quickly with a short stroke. The webcam is 720p and gives a good image.

Wireless is communicated via Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, unfortunately no Wi-Fi 6E yet. On the left are ports for 2x USB-A with v2 and V3.2G1 and the power adapter, and on the right HDMI (4K@60Hz), USB-A V3.2G1, USB-C V3.2G1 and a 3.5mm jack. The high-resolution music reproduction is realized by Nahimic technology and sounds good. The battery measures 53.5 Wh and comes with a hefty 240W adapter.
